Cannot create a new client

I’ve tried to create a new client “Trullion” and I can’t create it no matter where I try (from the time page, or the dedicated Client page, etc).

It shows it “creating” the client, but then it never shows up in the list and I can’t add that new client to any time entries. Seems like it’s silently failing, or just never surfacing itself to the UI
