Current session no longer showing on timline/ current focus

On the new layouts on the current session timeline, there are three tabs at the top. I can no longer easily get to my current session to adjust my focus, put any notes in, select the project, etc. Please tell me how I can save this as my default page or use a keyboard shortcut to navigate to this and have it open like it used to for me previously.
