I change the keyboard shortcut and it keeps reverting

At some point, the keyboard shortcut changed from CTRL+. to WIN+. on PC and from CMD+. to CTRL+. on iOS. On my PC and Mac, I've manually changed the keyboard shortcut back to what it was because I have muscle memory for those keys. I don't know if it's the updates or something else, but my custom keyboard shortcuts keep reverting back to the default. It's frustrating.
