Shoot sorry to hear. Were never delete entries automatically. Can you email us the time range where they went missing? What were the entries?

The time entries, the ones I review manually and Accept. They were fine, but in the afternoon I checked and they were gone. I added them manually looking at my activity. My internet went off a few times for a couple of seconds at noon, could that be the issue?
The deleted ones were between 10:00 and 13:00 UTC -03:00

Actually I think we did have a bug that caused some wrong changes to time entries that was live for about 6 hours. I’m so sorry about that!
