Not all tasks are shown

Why is it so, that some projects have no tasks showing and other projects have.

The tasks are assigned to me and have status “in progress” but they are not shown at all.

Also when creating a task in Rize it is synched to Clickup. But when I want the task to be shown in the task list in Rize, it is not there.

Re-sync did not help.

What integration is this? ClickUp or Linear? Can you send some screenshots or a task Ids of examples of projects with tasks and projects without? Can you share some images of where in the app you are not seeing the tasks?

  Cool, thanks for sharing that. I’m seeing over 500 tasks imported from your ClickUp workspace. Which projects are not showing tasks that should be? Can share some names here in the support chat?

  Also - we only import tasks that are assigned your email and created by you. So if you have projects that have a bunch of unassigned tasks or tasks that have not been created by you, we will not import them. Could that be the issue here?

  You can close the ticket. The issue is solved.
  The reason was a difference between the email address in clickuo and the email addres in Rize ;D
