Rize is on and working but not tracking anything beyond Rize.

Hi, I’m using Rize 3.0.45 on Windows 11. Rize opens normally, but Windows Smart App Control shows “Part of this app has been blocked” when I launch it. Rize is only recording Rize itself and is not detecting other apps such as Outlook, Chrome, or ChatGPT. Norton shows Rize.exe as allowed.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the exact Windows error message/code. Is this a known issue, and is there a signed component or updated installer I should use?
