Update Release Prevents Tracking

Hi,

I’ve been enjoying Rize. I love how it reliably tracks all of my activity without me having to think about it throughout the day.

There have now been 2 times when I’ve clicked on the Menu Bar icon in the afternoon to review my morning work and found that there is a pending update and Rize hasn’t been active during that period. I would love for an obvious notification that Rize is not tracking. If Tracking isn’t active, perhaps the Menubar icon could turn red or display some icon that pulls my attention.

    This happened to me - so frustrating! If we are paying for Rize, it has to be reliable - I don’t want to pay for 2 different time trackers because I can’t trust it to keep going when a popup happens 🙏

    Hi! I also faced issues with activity not tracking. I started to notice it since updating MacOS to Tahoe. It looks like tracking become not active after reload or entering to sleep mode.

    And 100% agree with the ticket author: it will be great to have a feature that notify about not tracking in working hours or in selected period.
