Cannot create a new client

I’ve tried to create a new client “Trullion” and I can’t create it no matter where I try (from the time page, or the dedicated Client page, etc). It shows it “creating” the client, but then it never shows up in the list and I can’t add that new client to any time entries. Seems like it’s silently failing, or just never surfacing itself to the UI

Auto-Cluster AI Time Entries by Area + Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Breakdown

I really like the AI-generated Time Entries in Rise Time Tracking. The automatic detection of what I worked on is extremely valuable because it lets me review my work retroactively without having to manually log everything. What’s missing today is structure and longer-term visibility. Time Entries are mainly usable on a daily level, but I’d love to have them automatically categorized/clustered into higher-level areas of work, for example Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, People, or other custom categories. Based on those categories, it would be very helpful to get a breakdown by week, month, and year so I can clearly see where my time is going over time, including trends. Why this matters: Better prioritization and time awareness for leadership Faster reflection: “What did I actually spend my week/month on?” Improved planning and focus on high-impact areas

Goal subscription

HI RIZE Team, I really love using the app and stay focused with it. I also like the idea to set a priority at the beginning of each section. But it would be nice if I could see my goal at the end of the session as well. Really great would be a function where I can rate my main goal. Did I suceed? If not, why not? etc. I think this area has a huge potential :)

AI-based Tracking Rules for Apps/Websites

Some windows/websites have clear-cut, static categories, but it’d be nice to have dynamic Category suggestions just like we do for tasks, projects, and clients. For example, I’d like to tell Rize AI that if my calendar says I’m on-call this week and I’m on sentry.io, then categorize as on-call. Otherwise categorize as something else.

Manually add websites/apps for new rules

I want to add a rule to a website that Rize hasn’t tracked yet because I haven’t opened it yet. I was surprised to see that in the New Rule dropdown, I can’t add a new value. I have to go to that website/app, click around on it for a minute, wait 2 min for it to show up in the activity log, then I can return to Settings → Tracing Rules to create the rule. This is tedious and Rize should just support manual site and app additions

Accessing Settings Page

LOVINGGGGG this app so far, wow great work! UX nit: it’s unclear how to get to personal settings page besides constantly going to Activity → Tracking Rules even though I’m not trying to update tracking rules but something else. When I click the settings gear at the bottom of the left sidebar, that’s for workspace/team settings. When a click my profile icon, I don’t see a settings icon. It introduces extra clicks that a little annoying

Integrate with Pieces (or similar context tools) to pull work context into Rize's categorization AI. Pieces captures code snippets, decisions, and notes throughout the day. By accessing this data, Rize's AI could better understand what sessions were actually about, not just which apps ran, but what problems were solved, what got built, and what decisions were made. Makes auto-categorization smarter and daily summaries more accurate.

End-of-Day Reflection Prompts for Session Context

Add optional EOD prompts that ask reflection questions (e.g., "What did you work on today?", "Biggest wins?", "Key challenges?"). User answers feed into the AI categorization engine, giving Rize context beyond URLs/apps. Helps bridge the gap between what ran vs. what actually got accomplished. Could trigger at a user-defined EOD time or be manually initiated. Answers stored per day for richer session understanding and more accurate auto-categorization.

Graphical summary of time distribution for individual team members (Admin view)

I want to see a graph (not just a list) of the time a specific team member has spent on all their projects over a given period (like the past week), similar to the summary I see on my own dashboard. This is important to get a quick visual overview of their total time spent and distribution across operations.

Allow tracking of meetings marked as 'Tentative' on the calendar

I need Rize to track meetings even if they are marked as 'Tentative' on my calendar. I have required weekly meetings that I mark as tentative for my own organization, but they are still happening. Since Rize currently only tracks 'Confirmed' events, these important meetings are being missed, even when 'Offline Meeting Creation' is enabled and there is zero computer activity.
