Option to adjust weekly targets

There are some weeks where there are public holidays so due to that our weekly goal of 40 hours isn't met. We don't want to make it look as though it wasn't met since it was a holiday for the day. How can we accommodate that?

    Also to put the option in the setting PTO on, doesn’t change my Productivity metric nor reflects it any monthly or weekly worktime-metric (there is non, but it would be nice to have some).
